I loved everything about my time here, the hosts are fantastic, this was my first time in Rome and they were extremely knowledgeable giving excellent advice on importantly when to see the tourist attractions, as well as great restaurants in that area. The rooms are sizeable for the price, and the building is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican or Rome centre. There is a huge variety and quantity of breakfast, with something extra new everyday, the hosts helped me plan my day over breakfast which was great. When I come back to Rome, why would I stay anywhere else?

Our stay here really exceeded all expectations. We have felt very welcomed. Owners - Lyuba and Marco made our stay as special as possible. I can not forget the perfect location close to metro and in walking distance from Vatican. Clean, neat place. I can recommend with full heart.

fantastic hosts who took great care of us. Lyuba and Marco are great. Made us feel immediately at home. Location is perfect. Walking distance from the Vatican, metro, good pizza and gelato. Our group of three slept comfortably. Room was air conditioned and breakfast was delicious.

My husband and I stayed three days at this B&B and enjoyed everything. Our room was beautiful with a balcony, clean, modern with everything you need and above all comfortable. Also, breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and the train station is just minutes away and easy to navigate.
